CrewPlan is a free app for groups that organize things together. A shared flat, a couple, your family, friends, a club or a travel group. Every group gets exactly the features it needs to plan everything together, instead of discussing it in endless chats.
You can use every type of crew, including the special features of each crew type. For free.
We also offer CrewPlan Pro, which lets you plan even more efficiently and tailor your crews perfectly to you and your group.

Share the invite link or pass on the six-digit invite code. Your friends, acquaintances, family or colleagues can either just tap the link (don’t forget to install the app first) or enter the code on the home screen themselves and get started right away.
Not right away. For someone who doesn’t use CrewPlan yet, you create a placeholder and can start planning straight away. When the person joins later, they take over the placeholder and the whole history moves to their account.
No.
Important: without an account you lose all your data if you get logged out, for example because you uninstalled the app. Your data can’t be recovered then (not even by us). We recommend creating an account. It takes less than five minutes.
Yes. You switch between your flat, your family and your travel group with one tap. The free plan includes up to three crews, Pro has no limit.
Yes. CrewPlan is free on the App Store and Google Play, in English and German.
On servers in the EU, in Frankfurt. All details are in the app privacy policy.
In the app, go to Settings and tap “Delete account”. This can’t be undone.
